We at Pals-Speeltoestellen Ltd (“We”) would like to promise to look after your personal data. We collect the minimum information we need to be able to do the job we do.
We are the data controller however we use a third party system to be able to take bookings and store the information. We are responsible for taking all information from you and making sure it is correct by checking when you arrive in the clinic.
We have the following information about you:
Physical or mental medical history that you provide to us
Pals-Speeltoestellen does not keep a record of your credit card information; nonetheless, your card number and expiration date will appear on the receipt. The card receipt will not include CVV numbers or names.
Personal information such as race, ethnicity, political opinions, and religion are not included in the information we collect and store.
Our web system, email, and social media messaging allow us to collect data without having to speak with you directly. We only save the information that you choose to share with us.
If you see more than one therapist at our clinic, we only share your information with those therapists. When you request reports, we will share your data with other medical professionals such as general practitioners (GPs) and imaging consultants (where applicable). If you’re in a car accident, your insurance company may also ask for your medical information, but only if you give them permission to do so.
Your data is used for consultation, and your date of birth may be used to aid in the diagnosis.
To keep you informed about your appointments, we send emails and text messages to your email and mobile numbers, respectively.
We may use your address for the purpose of sending you a receipt when payment has been received, as you requested.
As soon as therapists leave the room, our computers are shut down and moved to a private location where only the patient has access to them.
Rehab my patient, a third-party programme, may be required to give you workouts through email. Your email address is the only thing that’s saved here; nothing else is.
We don’t keep your information any longer than is absolutely required for the purposes for which it was collected.
Patients above the age of 18 will have their data stored for 7 years after their last treatment.
Babies and toddlers: up to the age of 18.
